I would seriously sue someone if they did this stuff to me..... East COST? You only live ONES? CMON people......im getting upset for all of you guys walking around with permanent screw ups on ur skin.... and didnt they see the stencil before it was tattooed? my son who is a tattoo artist - he draws them not inks them - says 2 eyes and a nose, no mouth - actually cross eyed-for shylo's. but we guess it could be hello kitty but not likely. but my son and I think it is killroy was here. Without the fence and his fingers on top

Looks to me like clumps of mascara spread in circles on his wrist. I don't think I could even call those circles they are so not a complete circle.
