Looks to me like clumps of mascara spread in circles on his wrist. I don't think I could even call those circles they are so not a complete circle.

ok, the "Hair" tattoo is pretty funny, so is the full face on the back of the one guys head. Frasier tattoo, very well done but omg creepy! The screaming mouth and eyes on the arms, are very well done,kinda crazy. That camera pic on the front, and the juicer and wolf pack tats the lines and shading are so off it's awful. so many of these are just mis-spellings and shitty coloring or shading jobs or just people that can't figure out how to draw a proper circle or strait line. but some of these are just funny as hell, I don't see how a funny tattoo is a bad one. LMAO at the danger explosive gas tat! That's kinda awesome :D omg, just saw the fat faced Edward form Twilight tattoo! O_O just awful. LOL at the sweet and dude tat's I wonder how many won't get that reference or the thug life with Borris over it :) #110 is a pretty cool lookin fertility goddess, Think Venus of Willendorf people, sheesh, 7th grade social studies. The last one though, just plain wrong man!!

Some of them are really bad, but there are some that are well done! Like the first one, it's awesome! Just because you don't get it or think it's stupid, doesn't mean every one will. Tattoos are about expression, it's not up to you to judge. (Unless you are stupid to get tattooed by someone who is not a professional and end up with a tattoo like that compass one) Anyways, I really liked the first one and UP tattoo. There could always be something sentimental behind tattoos, you never know.

There are some legitimately bad tattoos in this gallery, but the majority of them seem really well done to me. There are a few that I don't personally like, but that doesn't make them bad tattoos in general, it only makes them bad tattoos for me. A lot of these tattoos are good art. And I don't care what anyone else says, those Golden Girls tattoos? FIERCE.
