Melissa S. from Bedford, New Hampshire took her daughters to see Santa. She was standing only 3 feet away in this photo. Apparently, that was too far. Send us your bad Santa photos!

The worst pictures were the 'Advertisements' that kept popping up during the slide...

PEOPLE! ITS CHRISTMAS! Get over yourselves! What does it matter if Santa is white, purple, blue, brown, yellow, black, silver or pink? It doesn't! Just be happy that at least these parents are trying to keep their kids in the Christmas Spirit by taking them out for the holidays. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!

My daughter is nearly 2. Last year she did fine, she didn't smile but just stared at him. This year she cried and clung to me and won't let me put her on his lap. We tried one with me holding her but sis didn't want to be near him. He was very nice and said we could come back as often as we want to try and get a good picture. He said one year there was a kid that came 9 times before he would sit on his lap.

Dear Ellen - LOVE your show!!! And you! I took my (then) 2 year old (she is 30-mumblemumblemumble now) to see Santa. We waited in line for over an hour. We got to Santa. She did not want to sit on his lap. I did not make her. On the way out to the parking lot, she started yelling (as only a redheaded 2 year old can) in crescendo: I wanna sit oN SANTA CLAUS'S LAP!! I wanna sit oN SANTA CLAUS'S LAP!!! Over and over. And over. All the way home till she passed out in the car seat. Thank you for your wonderful, good natured humor. You are funnier than just about anyone out there and do not have to be mean or ugly to do it. That is a blessing on us. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Sherri MacArthur

You know... I gotta defend Santa. All our kids lives we tell them about stranger danger! Then we put them on a strangers lap that is in a disguise and we ask them to smile? What the What? We are going about this all wrong! LOL

Hey Ellen love the show. Just think it may be a good idea if you switch up the phones on the web site. I know everyday I check in to see if the picture of my son is there. Even if he is not it's still fun to look at different once. thanks Krista Kilgore Loves Park Ill
