Sarah R. from Allendale, Michigan sent in this photo of her son participating in a patriotic parade. She thought he looked more like Elton John.

Any sign of Patriotism is something to be admired, everyone was into it after 9/11 and many seem to have forgotten ! July 4th is not a weekend just for barbeques people, it is to celebrate our FREEDOM, without our brave Men and Women who stand courageously keeping up the fight and laying down their lives to protect ours you would not be FREE....remember the reason for the celebration !!! And honor your flag, no matter where it is displayed...

I think people are missing the point that the "glam" pictures were taken YEARS ago. Which makes them funny because they were from the 80's... Lighten up people!

You know what's embarrassing? The fact you care so much about people's outfits, but not the complete disregard for our constitution. Also, the fact that most people not only don't know WHY we celebrate the 4th, but that they are the same people who willingly give up their liberties for false security.

The photo that belongs to this caption "Vanessa H. from Kenosha, Wisconsin and her BFF Crystal wanted to be spokeswomen for America. You're hired!" The girl with the lighter hair. Is it just me, or does she look a bit like Kate Winslet? O_O

Wow read some of the comments. People can be so mean. They love America and felt passionate enough to take photos wearing the Flag. It's nothing great and sweet. They sold flag t-shirts and tank tops for $5 a few years back at Old Navy. I saw a bunch of people wearing them including my children and I. It was great loved seeing all the patriotism. Its for special holiday our Independence from Britian.

When stuff like this seems "Outrageous" to some people???.... then there really isn't any hope for the future generations!!!!!!!!!

To the one's saying that he's being disrespectful by wearing the flag: No, it's disrespectful to get an actual American flag and drape it around you as clothing. It's NOT disrespectful to have a picture of the American flag on anything, including clothing. The kid looks cute and like he's having fun, shouldn't be anything to get too serious over.
